Anyone who has been following the CoSy Blog knows that since the Apollo 11 existential wisdom :

CoSy has crossed the threshold into far greater usability by Ordinary People , and is time me to shift from development to creating the cash flow from client users.programmers to support programmer.users .

I knew I had messes to clean up with family probate and property titles I had subjugated to the drive to bring CoSy to this level . But the assaults by Court by people to whom I offered a place to stay when they were in dire need , has been unrelenting and exhausting . As I said before I really knew the depth of falseness and superficiality .

The most serious issue is evicting the avowed Satanists who have taken dominance over much of property , caused one tenant , of 3 - other than the criminal Polands , leave , and have made it impossible to conduct any other business , in particular a project with students from local UCCS making a prototype ` biodigester with http://kkrishenergy.com/ in the garage -- which led to Tony Poland assaulting me .

I've found it incredibly difficult to find a lawyer to take this extreme situation on . My CoSy notes for November 9 record call followed by call to finally find someone specializing in eviction , who I could seriously converse with , who had the decades of life to answer the general legal questions . Hal Lohse fits the bill .

Hal's fees , both for standard evictions , and more general work are moderate by today's standards .

I spent most of Friday writing a letter , going thru archives in CoSy , and in emails and court documents to summarize the mess with the family trust , estate , probate , and titles to this property and another .

I often point out I'm not sure which key between

 F6    CoSy evaluate | requires result to be CoSy object or empty stack

and

F11 Insert timestamp ( |hm| ) at cursor

is more important . The timestamps matter in court .

They also matter in accounting . When I have to keep metered time , not something fitted to the normal path of my thoughts and activities , I simply hit F11 to put down a timestamp : | 2139 | and follow it with an asterisk : | 2139 |* to turn on my clock and an asterisk followed by F11 to turn it off : *| 2141 | to turn billing off .

Collecting together the intervals I spent on the letter :
