Sorry to miss your shindig -- I had a gig as a chess playing monk at Larkspur's RenFaire.
You ran into exactly the 2 issues I warn about in http://cosy.com/CoSy/4thCoSy/CoSyWelcome_ReadFirst.html .
I tried Cosy.bat running off of the stick. It did run but when I tried to resize the window it disappeared.
That's a issue with IUP -- which like the Reva is stale .

    Next time [ after solving the false positive virus deletions ] , F6  ( that's a verb ) :
      ` script0 ->
You should find this or an earlier version without the conditional execution . I have played with retrieving the machine ID environmental variable to automate the changes . Simple .
In any case edit the script as needed and do a ctrl-s to save and restart to resize the screen .

Rerunning would not bring it up, and analysys showed that reva.exe was gone from the bin directory.

I attemped to extract the executable from the zip file, but my Norton antivirus intervened and blocked the file write, claiming reve.exe is a Trojan. This is on a Win10 netbook, but the Norton is probably going to work this way going back to WinXP at least. I don't see an easy work around -- can't find an option like yours for Win Defender.

Here's the sequence of screens in Win10 .

Then in Defender , choose Settings in upper right

Then in the window that comes up , scroll down to Add an exlusion
    Here my exclusions
Excluding a drive letter seems to work but restricting it to the directory should be safer .
I'll check whether the newer Reva passes Norton's testing when I get the chance.
newer Reva passes Norton's testing when I get the chance.
I remember running into some change being made in the assembler used that was what dropped it off my priority list .

P.S. it could be that one of the loaded dlls is the problem, rather than the executable itself.
See , already you know more than me !
P.S.S I'm interested in the Linux Reva, so I may try to get that up with the gkt gui.
