Please tell your
lawyer that I will appear as a witness on your behalf and
testify that Matt Walker assaulted me verbally, including
flipping the bird in my face and saying "Fuck you", before I
departed; and that Walker also offered me his marijuana stick
machine to take drugs with him.
I will testify that
Walker flew into a screaming tirade when I refused his offer to
take drugs with him and after I said, "Cannabis is a portal drug",
that "Bill Wilson [one of two founders of AA] did not advocate
LSD as a cure alcoholism", and that he [Walker] did not know
anything.
As I entered my car to
leave, after walking up an incline from the main house, I heard
Robert Armstrong yell, "No".
On my return drive to
Colorado Springs, I stopped at the nearest sign for the Woodland
Park Police to notify the female desk clerk that the tenant
of Robert Armstrong, whose name I did not know, should not be
allowed to drive either of his two vehicles licensed with Texas
plates because he was in a rage and so high on drugs. I asserted
the tenant was on drugs and attempted to give me drugs.
