You don't start assaulting someone
by taking their picture [ You also don't assault someone with your reading glasses on ] On the afternoon of August 4th , I went to my garage to get a weed whacker a tenant told me was stored in his quarter of the garage . Tony Poland started going into an aggressive rant . I
was assaulted . It is unambiguous .
I had my phone in my hand trying to get it into video mode to record Tony Poland going into a rage , but he knocked the phone out of my hands and I , sedentary , 76 year old , my waking hours sitting at my computer , proved utterly defenseless against a 52 year old daily manual worker who trivially ripped the walking stick I have because of an immobile left ankle since a climbing accident half a century ago . I can't possible reach an agile man a quarter century younger who simply moves a few steps away . I'm still quite clumsy with my smart phone so I managed to only get the shot of him starting his attack but failed to get it into video mode before he knocked it out of my hands onto the floor and began assaulting me .

I immediately , when I had retrieved my phone , called Teller Sheriff's @ 14:42 .
Tony lied and claimed it was mutual .
IT WAS NOT . It was assault provoked by the attempt to record his rage . I simply went into the garage to get another tenant's weed whacker since I had fired the Polands from all responsibilities on the properties on Aug 1 . The Polands do not and never did have superior rights to other tenants to the use of any out buildings . It is irrational that he would .
Here are pictures of my legs and the orthotic pad I have in my left boot ( I can only wear boots ) to somewhat mitigate the permanent extension of my left foot and fused ankle .

My foot is permanently in that extended position and the atrophy of the foot and calf are apparent .
While the orthotic helps , my weight is still on my outside corner of my foot with every step . Thus , when going any distance or over uneven ground I use my walking stick .
It is NOT possible for me to move fast enough to reach any able bodied person more than a few feet away .
The following Monday morning , Aug 9 , a floater , a dark thread like obstruction appeared in my right eye which darts around with each eye movement when I sit down at my computer screen . On Friday , Sep 3 , I went to Woodland Vision Source to check if it could be detected externally and get a prognosis and to confirm that there was no damage to the retina .
I am living in fear of these people who have been given the run of my property , even the ` right to cut locks and destroy doors to community storage space , who clearly invade even my personal living space , continually pilfer and even cut wires , in the breaker box in your personal bathroom , to another tenant's cabin .
It appears I will forever have a reminder of Tony Poland's assault on me every morning when I turn on my computer and sit down to work .
