Let no good deed go unpunished

- The end of May 2019 , I asked Gail Poland to take over general property management , and ceased charging rent .
At that time they were by agreement parking 1 RV trailer on the property with access to outdoors water spigot and electric hook up .
- The Polands built an unauthorized structure appended to legacy stable structures
While these structures are in disrepair , they are irreplaceable pieces of our local history . That's why they've survived . Like the similar structures on the multi-million dollar Zuni Point property across the road ( Hwy 67 ) from us .
I would personally put a value on those lost structures of $13000 alone .
- Rather
than evicting them then , I gave them use of my
CitiCard to buy tools and supplies to get back on their feet . My
accounting is that there remains a balance of > $1100 on that debt .
I also gave them use of my Isuzu Rodeo which I sold to them at their suggested price of $3500 the end of 2019 . I have never been paid .
2019 | Paid | 1155.00 for RV space 5 months .
2021 | Paid 1317. toward Rodeo and CitiCard | net 3442.01 additional charges .
2021 | $100 while using 2 RV trailer & 1 cabin . Equivalent rent $900 per mo .

This
is the event when my friend Kartik Krishna and I asked Tony to start
cleaning out the Garage which is a total mess , at least to have room
for him to have a cot when he visits rather than sleeping on a couch in
my living room . And also , start clearing out the
garage for general use , particularly a project with a UCCS professor
and a group of students creating a prototype biodigester for
hospitality industry food waste . This project has just been given a
green light by UCCS because of sufficient student interest .As can be seen behind me in this image after the assault , the garage is a total mess .
Tony never has had , nor would it make sense , for him to have exclusive rights to use of the Garage , the Stable , or any building above the rights of all other tenants or myself . Yet this drove him into a fury and was the beginning of all these attacks on me . I did make numerous attempts to work thru the accounting with Tony . See a number of the emails at http://www.cosy.com/ResidentialServices/Private/y21/email/ . I had made numerous previous attempts to have Tony with or without Gail come over and sit with down with me and go thru the accounts in CoSy and come to agreement . Kartik has not returned here , and will not until the Polands are gone since one of his tires was slashed

Her claim that they have been repairing and remodeling your broke down shit is ludicrous. There was nothing there that needed repaired or remodeled since we left. Matt cleaned up a lot of the garage to make space for one of our truck repairs. And her ridiculous notion of their alleged intention to add a bathroom to the little red barn is laughable. There is absolutely no space in there for a bathroom. They were cutting down live trees even before we left. Matt only cut up dead trees.

Asa was 16 carrying a gun and shooting allover the property. The sister deer and fox quit coming to our door after they came to the property.

- Were well compensated for their agreed property management work .
- Continually did unauthorized work for their own benefit , some very destructive .
- Never paid for Isuzu Rodeo bought for $3500 .
- Numerous unauthorized unfinished projects which will require significant costs to repair .
- Criminally cut wires to tenant's cabin . Lied about it .
- Assaulted me when I tried to video Tony's rage at notion of
cleaning up garage giving me bleeding nose and lip , and possibly eye
damage .
