I really need to rewrite this slide to make it more understandable because it is Fundamental .
A gray body , however dark or light comes to the same temperature as a black .

Me: It's not clear to me what this means . Being an APL programmer a significant market for which is actuaries because you can express essential algorithms in a line , insurance companies have always based their rates on computer ` models . But those models are based on actuarial experience . And that includes statistical prediction of catastrophes . That's the most substantive reply I've seen . I suspect you are right . But from Tucker's interview one can see Putin has a view of Russia as the empire of some periods of it's past . Definitely the region has always been mixed up . I've had ` Russian friends born in Odessa . But there is a problem with him , ie: Russia blocking Ukraine's access .
And Putin has definitely activated NATO into something other than a bureaucratic line item for many Euro countries . On that front he has gotten exactly the opposite of any gain he may have hoped scaring Finland & Sweden into wanting to join .
