Thank you for inquiring about Tschetter Suzler's legal services. All new clients are required to schedule a consultation with us to review procedures. Accordingly, if you wish to move forward, please reply to this email that you wish to schedule the initial consultation, complete, sign, and return the attached consultation agreement along with a copy of the current lease and brief description of the issue with your tenant. Due to office security policy, we are unable to clink the links you provided. You are required to complete and return the attached paperwork and prepay the consultation prior to the consultation being scheduled.
The attorney hourly consultation rate is $400. In this consultation, the attorney will go over all of your questions, review any documents related to the eviction, and create a strategy for your eviction case. You are required to pay the invoice prior to your consultation appointment. Once we receive the paperwork and prepayment, an invitation will be sent via google meeting for a video conference.
If we contact you to schedule the consultation and we do not receive an executed fee agreement and payment within seven days, we will conclude that you do not want to retain us and we will not contact you further.

Please note: Due to Court staffing changes and restrictions on the number of cases allowed to be filed each day, the timing of the eviction process has been extended. These changes affect when cases can be filed, how far out the court dates will be, and how long before a possession judgment will enter. Also note, due to the recent passing of HB21-1121 that went into effect on June 25, 2021, the Sheriff is not able to execute on any writ until at least 10 days after a possession judgment has entered. In most instances, the sheriff’s departments are taking 2-3 weeks to execute on the writs.
