Washington elites from both parties are making yet another attempt at federalizing elections to guarantee future wins for their hand-picked establishment candidates.

Now, with the help of Representative Liz Cheney (R-WY) and eight other Big Government Republicans, the U.S. House passed the “Presidential Election Reform Act (H.R. 8873),” claiming it merely ensures a “smoother” process in future presidential elections.


As you surely know, Washington elites have been obsessed with wresting control over elections ever since their favored candidate lost in 2016. Now, they are moving to crush any chance of a populist win in the future.

H.R. 8873 was rammed through the House on a largely partisan vote under suspension of the rules, with no input from a committee and no member allowed to offer amendments.

Every Democrat voted yes, along with 9 Republicans who are all leaving Congress at the end of the current Congress: defeated candidates Liz Cheney (WY), Peter Meijer (MI), John Katko (NY), Jaime Herrara Beutler (WA), Tom Rice (SC); Adam Kinzinger (IL), Fred Upton (MI), Anthony Gonzales (OH), and Chris Jacobs (NY).

So, what would H.R. 8873 do?

In an obvious attempt to overthrow an “undesired” result in 2024, the bill would allow for extended voting of up to FIVE DAYS AFTER ELECTION DAY in specific districts or states under certain circumstances on the request of a candidate for president. And the request doesn’t even have to be made until 24 hours AFTER the polls have closed, when the preliminary vote counting is already done and made public!

Bob, in tight elections, allowing one or more states to keep the polls open for 5 days could entirely flip the outcome of the election!

It would allow the federal government (i.e. the corrupt Department of Justice) to sue states and state officials for alleged violations of their own state laws.

It could even allow the feds to target local officials. The bill says no "person acting under color of law shall willfully fail or refuse to tabulate, count, or report any vote that is timely cast and is otherwise valid under applicable State and Federal law.”

So if a local clerk refuses to count an absentee ballot with a mismatched signature, with a misspelled voter’s name, is that a valid ballot? Merrick Garland could take the clerk to court to find out!

This awful bill is now in the Senate, and you and I need to ensure Senate Republicans will stop it.

TELL SENATE REPUBLICANS: DEFEND OUR STATE ELECTION LAWS. VOTE NO ON H.R. 8873!

The Senate currently has their own bipartisan Electoral Count Reform bill (S. 4573), but it is much different than the bill that just passed the House.

It’s critical you and I ensure the Senate does not take up H.R. 8873 or incorporate it into the Senate version.

It will only take ten Republicans to send this dangerous bill to Joe Biden’s desk and further their goals of interfering in the 2024 election.

And with senators like Mitt Romney (UT), Rob Portman (OH), Lisa Murkowski (AK), Susan Collins (ME), Joni Ernst (IA), Marco Rubio (FL), Mitch McConnell (KY), and others willing to sell out for the benefit of “bipartisanship” . . . we can’t take any chances.

Take a moment to send a directive to Senate Republicans demanding they vote NO on this attempt to usurp the right of the states to administer elections.
