of the state monopoly on education :

has to check kids for lice - functioning as public health nurse ...
kids staying til 6 12 hr % day unmaintained over utilized .
parents relieved because no cost .
ciriculum & guides set . 1 thing whether works or not .
many children can't read material in english .
sims mathmatical management system . scores keep dropping .
ridgid ciriculum , no accountabiity from management .
inane movies . Are not working . Some highscools even worse .
36 students 6th graders , some held over 2x last year
