Hi Bob --

	It is truly disturbing how deeply the environmental movement has penetrated into everyday lives based on fear.  The fact that they would seek to pack the board of an REA is remarkable.  You were the only one who was prepared to debate the global warming on a global scale.

	I read somewhere that China brings a new coal fired power plant on line every week.  There are about 15 coal fired plants in Colorado today.  So, if one accepts the global warming argument, NOTHING Colorado does with its power plants can or will make a difference.  If we blew them all up and lived in caves, 4 months later Chinese growth would nullify the effort.

	Sigh.  This is another illustration of why it's important -- but frustrating -- to participate in the political process.

Sorry I can´t make it since I know how horrendously distorted the
¨science¨ of CO2 is . We´re down in Guatamala looking for a country
where I´m still free to relax with a cigar and a beer .

Guatamala ceased to be a candidate the beginning of March . Clearly hurting
some businesses .

El Salvador next , then Nicaragua  & Costa Rica .
