 I use very little MS stuff - http://www.pocomail.com/ rather=

 never open unexpected attachments . I updated , altho its not=
 been my normal
 fortnightly interval , the anti-virus software I use , the=
 German 
  http://www.free-av.com/ , and ran it . 

 And for good measure ran the ( slow ) Norton fix you mention . =

 The most difficult hole in internet security is that "From:"=
 addresses
 can be `spoofed , faked . These new viruses are doing this=
 making it
 much harder to determine just whose machine is infected . 

 I , in fact , received a virus last week with the LP_Manhattan=
 group
 as the From address , which is impossible .

 I guess I'm so popular , I'm in a lot of address books , >0 of=
 which
 are infected .
