 More than the Patriot act , the core of the 1st amendment right
 to political speech has be trampled by the Supreme Court=
 validation
 of Campaign Distortion Act's suppression of groups' right to=
 mention
 the name of a politician within 60 days of an election . 
 That is very serious .
