It turned out that despite claims of openness they had= already closed the process to the 9 groups which received the initial= $40,000 grants even before I had the vision one night in August 2002 .= ALL of the main parties involved were aware of its existence before the= "official" decision date in January this year . The Port Authority wanted= me to sign away all intellectual property rights in it . No f'n way .= It's a product of some hard years down here , I figure it will be built in some younger more energetic= aspiring world capital .
