Your comment on being for #3 partially because "Randi Weingarten, is hysterically opposed to it" jibes with my observation of Denny Farrel & Clinton & Schumer's pr man were so stridently against it . It clearly scares the hell out of the Democratic establishment . However , I disagree with your recommendation to not even vote= for races other than those with LPers running . Vote AGAINST the incumbent unless they are one of the very few= who stood up against the juggernaut to criminalize smokers . If they= are one of those few , I would recommend holding your nose and= voting for them . This will maximize the statistical message of anger at= this most egregious unconstitutional extension of the war on some= drugs .
