Subject: BoA Liberty Bond hearing

 Just a note to let youall know I did make it to the
 Econ Development hearing yesterday morning , and
 spoke briefly ( right after Joe Wright ) .

 My main point was that on the  mailgroups which I
 participate in , both the Libertarian and the
 anti-drugwar the latter of which , not surprisingly ,
 includes a number of socialists , the question of just
 what the appropriate label is for the sort of
 political structure represented by this collusion of
 Big Business and State had been discussed at length .

 On both groups the conclusion is "Fascist" . 


 I wish I had scanned the LP messages again before the
 meeting and used some of Jim Lesczynski's comments
 verbatim . And particularly Blay Tarnoff's :

 "They are trying to expand their already massive empires
  on the dead bodies of the victims of 9/11."
 
 But , at least I was there , and caused some thought .
