  the solar mass is 330,000 times that of the earth and they are
  149.6 KM apart ( I assume that is center to center . ) 

 So , the center of gravity is 
  146.6E6 % 330000 />/ 453.33  / KM from the center of the sun 
 which is 1.4 million KM in diameter .

 So the center of rotation is of the earth and sun is 
 only 0.0003238 of the way from the center to the surface .
