 When I was a kid, everybody generally brown bagged it - if they
 didn't have a neat Hopalong Cassidy or Barbie lunch box.
 I believe the school did supply cartons of milk, essentially
 at cost. Actually, I lived only a block away from school so
 generally ate at home. I think its one of those things which
 affected my socialization.
