 One of my old Culver classmates , now deceased , did a lot of=
 work defending
 "dram shop" cases in Wisconsin .  There certainly may be some=
 residual
 culpability which , of course , juries are suppose to weigh=
 based on the
 specifics of the case .

 These are the things that are supposed to evolve thru experience=
 as
 common law . Certainly nowdays liability often gets spread to=
 extreme limits
 to find deep pockets .

 Who doesn't work for "greed" ? Corporations are hundreds or=
 thousands of
 families trying to make the best living they can by selling=
 something to
 somebody . It's likely most involved in supplying the=
 Government's war wares
 viscerally believe in the Cause themselves . Just like those in=
 the Manhattan
 project . But still , the government is unique in its ability to=
 intimidate .
