 Bloomberg is worse . His sneakiness is world class . 

 I happened to run into my next door neighbor Mary Esparza at a=
 Kenny
 Schachter art & music event in the original 130 Bowery Bank=

 ( which is now a spectacular restaurant Capitale(sp) ) Thursday=

 explained a reason I hadn't been around the art scene recently=

 that politics also has a lot happening on Thursdays .

 In any case , she told me of being arrested for walking from=

 gallery in Chelsea to another holding a beer wrapped in napkins=

 Cost her most of a day going up to court in MidTown where the=
 ticket
 was dismissed . ( So it's a pure tax paid cost for us , and time=

  the victim . )

 She says that probably half our friends have gone thru this by=
 now .
 The SNP* hang out in unmarked cars in front of galleries and on=

 least one occasion actually enticed the individual to leave the
 property of the gallery to come over to them . 

 How about a  Free City Project ? I guess that's what Woodstock=
 was
 once upon a time .
