  0 ) Seems to me "freedom of speech" is based on the wisdom my=
 mother 
      impressed on me that "sticks and stones may break your=
 bones but
      names will never hurt you."  

  1 ) It has been pointed out that O.W. Holmes's "yelling fire in=
 a
      theatre" does not apply to passing a note around with the=
 word
      "fire" written on it .  That's the situation of the web .
