 I did stop by her office at 250 Bwy and left a voice mail=

 her describing mainly what had impressed me about her stance .

 I do feel that the libertarian world view comes from a=
 generalization
 from specific cases .  I am looking to apply simple Skinnerian 
 positive reinforcement .
