 I'll repeat , the right is a right to self-defence , not the=
 particular tools
 appropriate to the vastly different scales .  

 Note also the extreme precautions which have always been in=
 place to prevent
 a Dr Strangelove individual control over any nukes . And that=
 the focus of
 US military over the last 20 years has been to precision weapons=
 , not bigger
 nukes .


 Incidentally a quick google search finds

 invasion .
