 Wow , a fact . I like facts .  I would be interested in the=
 growth
 of the police force over the last decade , and the ratio of=
 cops
 to pops in NYC versus other world capitals .
 Certainly they still are running record size classes . ( They=

 double-timing down along the river then up Peck Slip heading=
 back
 toward HQ every few days . )

 This is the absurdity I don't get .  If a police state could
 provide safety , Israel would not be one of the most dangerous
 regions on earth .
