 Murder is wrong because only those deaths which are judged to=
 be
 wrongful receive that label .

 It is Darwin's tautology that "that which exists is that which
 continues to exist" which make murder ( wrongful killing of one
 member of a social group by another member of the group ) a 
 rather universally accepted "wrong" . Societies with no such
 prohibition don't survive . 

 While the theoretic and historic argument and evidence of the
 greater survival value of individual liberty is very strong ,
 the alternative theories based on third party force in the name
 of some collective intelligence are clearly still far from
 extinct .
