 Note that I agreed with Jim that the Henry Stern's and the=
 City's
 excuses are specious .

 It is utter incompetence if in renovating the largest=
 traditional
 open meeting space on this crowded island they failed to make=
 it
 as durable as , say , the Mall in WDC .

( Sorry Henry , but failure to plan for continued use of such a=
 central
 resource in it's traditional manner does not trump the Bill of=
 Rights . )
