Let the= collection be simple , transparent and immediate and any social engineering= moved to the Gov's teats . Stop having to compute and report all your= personal accounts to the State . The 40000 pages of tax code are written by the rich and= connected appropriately dubbed : Fascists . They are a vehicle for= corruption and inequity . And cost the economy scores of billions in= dollars and time . ( Of course that means livelihoods to armies of= accountants and lawyers . ) "Corporate" taxes are just plain stupid . Bottom line , people= pay taxes , not corporations which are just teams of people= creating something for which others will pay , and distributing that= income to those who in some way create that something . I have a link at http://cosy.com/Liberty.htm#Links to http://www.janegalt.net/blog/archives/000174.html "Why I'm in Favor of Abolishing the Corporate Income Tax" from a young woman who learned some economics . One interesting point she makes is that eliminating all the= corporate tax BS it becomes much harder to hide corporate welfare .
