( These are instructions for windows ,
if you are under some UNIX , you already know more than I do . )

A member reported KoSy wouldn't boot under the
latest download of K , version 2.92 , 2002-06-05 .
Until this problem is explored and resolved with
Kx.com , download the copy of the previous release ,
version 2.91 , 2002-03-22 , from here :
http://cosy.com/K/CoSy/membs/kdbsetup.exe
This will boot to Kdb .
kboot.k can be loaded on top if you know how .
Otherwise , when it boots to the Ksql prompt ,
simply enter
\\
to quit .
- download CoSy.csd into your root directory . ( Being in the root allows dictionary names in K.CoSy to map simply to your machine`s directory . )
- Right click kboot.k and select "Save Target As" . Make a directory \CoSy in your root and download kboot.k into it .
While you are at it , also download KonsolDoc.txt into \CoSy .
- Run
"C:\WINDOWS\k.exe \cosy\kboot" . ( Of course , you`ll want to make a shortcut for this . )
